Inquiry

We started our Inquiry by visiting a local business....Bionic

The lady there was very friendly.

Bionic import their beans from overseas.
This is what the raw, green beans look like.
More green beans.

Pouring the green beans into the roaster.
Bionic roast and grind their own beans.
This is where we can keep an eye on the beans.

We tasted some.......they were a bit yuck!
